In today’s blog post, we catch up with Lisa after the third week of training:

“Another week gone by!  This week kind of sucked.  I was able to get a work out in on Monday, but then got hit with a bug that knocked me down the rest of the week. I was able to go to my Friday a.m. personal training. It was tough. I didn’t realize how much a person can go backwards after being sick.  I definitely don’t want that happening to often.   Hopefully, I’ll be back on track to start the weekend.

So many people are coming up to me and congratulating and encouraging me!  It just blows me away.  I now realize there is no backing out!!! Not that I would even consider it! The workouts are still tough, but my body is definitely adjusting.

Started my logging of my food intake and exercise.  What a wake up call as to how much calories are in everyday items that I didn’t think twice about eating.  YIKES!  It makes me think twice now, especially since my coach is checking on me!”
