LiveFit Challenge Week 1: Linda & Amy’s Updates

Six Aurora BayCare Medical Center have embarked on a wellness challenge that will change their lives forever! Over the next six months, these people will be coached, trained and transformed into triathlon-level athletes through the Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine Live Fit program.

“Now that I have been chosen for the Aurora 6-Pack, I have to be honest: I am both excited and nervous,”  said Amy Fischer.  “As  I just finished a 12 hr shift and am on-call for 4 hrs prior to my 12 hr shift tomorrow, I have to wonder what I got myself into.  I know I can do this, but it’s definitely going to be a challenge.  And it’s a challenge I am up for.”

“I am very excited. I actually felt like I won the Publisher Clearing house sweepstakes,” said Linda Halla.  “What a wonderful opportunity for me.  I feel honored and I will work extremely hard to show the staff that I can do this. I will prove the importance of wellness. ”
